Our transfer will be waiting for you at Jorge Chavez Lima airport holding a sign with your name on it and with the sign of The Inka Adventure, he or she will accompany you to your hotel.

Transfer from hotel to airport for your flight to Cusco

Our Inca Roads' tranfer will be waiting for you at Cusco airport holding a sign with your name on it, he will accompany you to your hotel. You can rest for a few hours and use this time to get used to the altitude. It is advisable to drink some coca tea or even eat some coca sweets.

Free time to explore the city by yourself. Your guide will gladly provide any recommendations

Hotel pick up at the scheduled hour to begin your excursion in Cusco city.

We will start at Koricancha (Temple of the Sun), then the Cathedral, Sacsayhuaman fortress, Kenko and Tambomachay, these are the most interesting places in Cusco and around Cusco.

Pick up from your hotel at 8:00 am for the Sacred Valley this will include a visit to the Pisac Ruins situated on top of the mountain where you can overlook the entire valley as well as the Urubamba river.

In Urubamba we will stop for lunch infused with Peruvian flavours. A real peruvian experience!

Next stop: Ollantaytambo, the most beautiful Incan town where the water still runs through aqueducts.

The Ollantaytambo fortress is a symbolic place as this is where the Incas won in battle against the Spaniards.

Ollantaytambo is home to many terraces and stairs to the peak of the mountain. From here you can see villages and will be surrounded by mountainous landscapes.

Later we continue to Chinchero an Incan town home to textile traditions where we can see how people dye and weave wool using old Inca techniques

Overnight in Aguas Calientes

Our guide will pick up your from your hotel, to take the bus from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu.

Your guide will help with entrance and take you around for a 1.5 hour tour. You will then be able to walk around freely and take as many selfies and potos from this majestic place.

Take your Passport with for your own Machu Picchu stamp!

Once back in Aguas calientes we will have lunch, explore and get to do some souvenir shopping before we head back to the train station

Arrival in Cusco.

Hotel pick up after breakfast and later we go to Cusco airport to take the flight to Puerto Maldonado,

Arrival to Puerto Maldonado: Our guide will be holding a nameboard and transfer you to the harbor

Here you will take a boat to the Jungle Lodge where you will be staying.

At the lodge there will be time for exploring, relaxing and take plenty photos.

For dinner, our chef will  prepare a delicious local dish using only local products.

Relax ,have a few beverages, talk ,while taking in the sounds of the junglen the morning we our transfer will pick up you from your hotel and accompany you to Cusco airport to take the airplane to Puerto Maldonado.

Life in the jungle calls for an early rise.

We will have breakfast at the lodge and head towards the lake

Here you can keep your eyes open for a variety of birds, shy otter families, caimans, turtles, monkeys etc.

We then continue exploring with our local  Puerto Maldonado guide, who is familiar with all the various insects, trees and plants.

Some insects are so well camoflouged, only visible to an expert eye.

After the jungle excursion we head back to the lodge for a local and international infused dinner prepared by our chef.

A new day in the jungle, today our expert guide will choose a diferent jungle path home to different kinds of animals,  such as sloths, butterflies, colorful birds, tucans, small and medium size monkeys, a rich variety of insects, ants, etc. And a huge diversity of flora.

We return to our lodge to enjoy a delicious dinner along with a selection beverages, enjoy conversations and the sound of the jungle.

After breakfast  we will head back to Puerto Maldonado by boat.

Transfer to the airport to head back to Lima via Cusco.
