Work in Peru

Our tourist agency, Inca Roads, is a partner of a prestigious Peruvian education company; on January 2026, we will open the Bilingual school Margot and Gustavo in Cusco City. It is a private school with some educational levels, such as kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school. We are looking for people who feel passion for teaching and have a degree is a positive plus, but every candidate will be evaluated in function of many skills, so the teacher position is also open to everyone who believes he has the skills to teach kids and teenagers.

You need to send your resume and a cover letter to our email. It will be evaluated carefully. Only a small group of candidates will receive some extra requirements and we will arrange with them a zoom interview meeting. 

You do not need to speak Spanish, because it is a bilingual school and children and teenager who will attend to this school come for learn English fluently from native English speakers. Although, you will need a basic Spanish to interact with local people in markets or restaurants. We have 2 peruvian teachers here in Victoria BC who can help with Spanish  lessons face to face or online.

The school is located in Cusco city, it is a beautiful school in the Peruvian Andes, it was the capital of the Inca empire so there many Inca remains and places to visit. Cusco is the start point to go to Machu Picchu.

It is around 480 canadian dollars per month, per a suite with 1 bedroom, a small living room, kitchen and washroom.
